Combatir el Esfuerzo (Combat Stress)
Stress is toxic, and these days (might say ceaselessly), everybody is exposed to stressful situations, be it up or downbeat. Stress is already a doppelganger of every creature and the moral of this tension is survival. We muddle through stress as if it’s already a “best bud” that won’t leave us till the very end. Well, this is the kind of buddy (not the stress per se) I would want to have for the rest of my life, hehe. Stress varies, can be a plus or a minus, but through it all the irony of stress is that we need this to function normally, besides life would be so dull without it. It never has been a surprise for me though. But of course, it depends, if too much pressure caused you significant misery affecting the quality of your lives better respond and hey find ways for remedies. Falling into extreme cases would cause severe health problems, so beware.
Burnout, that is exactly the idiom that affects people who are very dedicated to their works, you might be experiencing this too, well I do, I am not dedicated though, hehe. It’s just that there are so much pending loads to do, too much that I don’t even know where to start
By the way, having a burnout? Exhausted with your loads at work and all that crap, that all you wish for is to somehow get rid of your pesky PC, here’s your chance now! Hehe… Carla gave me the so-called Stress Reducer or Stress Relief, see how this works…hehe.. You can download this for free! Skim through the site and choose Desktop Games (also known as Stress Reducer or Stress Relief). ^_^ Design your desktop as well. ^_^ Enjoy!

Speaking of combat stress, I've attended a Stress Management Course last night. It talks about the concept of stress. How to reduce it. How to know that you're having a job burnout. How it affects you and all. The course also includes a breathing and some stretching technique if you're at work that were demonstrated. It worked for me. But afterall, Laughter is the still best medicine and ofcourse, REST.
Yeah, that helps. And by the way since you’ve been through this course and been through workout before, why not try sports as well. It’s like 'hitting two birds with one stone', having to fight stress and keeping in shape at the same time. ^_^
