My! I am sick for 3 days now, I over slept for days, even had a few ‘z’s in the office, (break time only, hehe) still haven’t recovered yet! What would’ve gotten to me? ^_^





Just thought of angels now, maybe my angel is too busy with something else that he forgot I'm sick for days now, or could be he got tired of my pesky days and decided to pack off and just leave, hehe… no just kidding, he won’t do such crazy things anyways. For guardian angels never leave, (that’s my personal belief, so violent reactions are not welcome here!,hehe), they always sense when you need them, (I, too can testify to that, specially during young years. I wonder why he’s not that active now unlike before, hahaha) and they come unseen to help and comfort us when we need one (I wanted to see one for that matter). They specialize as messengers or as guardians. Likewise, according to Christian belief, everyone has guardian angels, one confirmation is this: "He commands His angels regarding you to guard you in all your paths … The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, and delivers them" (Psalm 91:11, 34:7). See, everyone has guardian angels, might be he’s sharing your shallow joy down your deepest angst to this very moment. And despite the fact that they’re not visible to you, he certainly listens to every thought that stirs your souls for surely they work behind the scenes.

Angel Role
I portrayed a role of an angel in highschool for our PASKORO (an annual Christmas singing contest in school). We wore the entire angel costume from head to foot, halos, wings, and dressed in white gown. We even got the chance to fly (not literally fly), as I remember, we, the angels sang “Gloria in Excelsis Deo” as the entrance hymn while we were dragged down the center stage, as if flying. We were 4 in the cart embellished with crepe-papered-clouds to make heaven more realistic, the cart which was borrowed or bought I think to “Manong-Mambubuko-na-dinayo- pa-ng-propsmen-namin-sa-palengke-ng-Malate”, hehehe. We had a lot of practice then, on how to gently push-and-pull the cart while standing on it, otherwise we’ll have “falling angels”…haha, good thing we didn’t fall down, just that it shook too much (lol). To sum it up, we won the grand prize (as always, hahaha, ang yabang oh!).

Earthly Angel
I believe we have angels both are heavenly and earthly kind. Anyone can be an angel, the sweet souls who love, cherish, inspire and protect the angel in you are your guardian angels. Good news is they are your friends and family, could be your loved one, too. I have yet to find one, or might be I already found it… Umm, might be my angel just lost his way…


Nevertheless, what remains constant with those angels is that they serve as a guardian and armor from day one having those stunning wings with halo above their head. They exist and the Holy Scriptures have a lot to say about them and all the help they brought to men. It’s just that there are certain things that we opt to believe even if vision won’t allow us to and will never do unless we allow them too.
